I am writing to introduce our company and the services we offer in asphalt paving, repairs and maintenance.
Ashburn Asphalt LLC has provided asphalt paving options and asphalt maintenance services since 1998 mainly in Northern Virginia, but also in D.C. and Maryland. We service commercial and residential clients, property management companies and builders. We are licensed and insured with limits required by all the major contractors.
Asphalt paving and asphalt maintenance is our main concern and constitutes 95% of our business although we receive many requests for storm and rain drains, retaining walls and concrete work. We work closely with a concrete contractor and a landscape company to be able to bid and provide those services with one estimate.
Ashburn Asphalt has 4 sealcoat tanks, 5 crackfill machines and 4 laser line machines for the asphalt maintenance work- seal coating, crack filling and striping. We have the equipment and staff to sealcoat and stripe large properties at night to minimize the inconvenience to tenants requiring parking spaces in large facilities during the day. We do everything we can to accommodate property managers and contractors so that projects are completed within their time frames.
In addition to asphalt paving and maintenance, we provide snow removal services in the winter months. We offer a full range of options with sand, ice melt, bulk and bagged, and combinations of both depending on the needs of our clients.
