* Our asphalt maintenance begins with crackfilling to include Amguard hot and cold pour crackfillers, a self leveling pourable crackfiller and thick, mastic trowelable crackfiller used to fill cracks up to 1†wide. The crack filler is chosen based on the size of the cracks in the asphalt
* Acrylic-polymer primer to treat oil spots and other spots resulting from staining substances i.e. berry stains and prevents stains from bleeding through fresh blacktop sealer
* Our sealant is a premium coal tar emulsion based sealer used for residential as well as commercial applications. It has excellent durability and dries to a rich, dark black finish. It extends the life of the asphalt surfaces and protects asphalt from destructive elements such as oil and gas. It meets or exceeds requirements for Fed. Spec. R-P-355e, ASTM D 5727 and FAA P-625, P-627, P-630 and P-631.
* Additives to sealer include AMGUARD LATEX ADMIXTURE which improves viscosity adds adhesion and reduces power steering marks; a fine industrial sand which we use to thicken and customize the sealer for the particular pavement and its needs.
* Amguard Rapid Set is added in cool weather or in commercial applications where drying time needs to be reduced.
